Is there a way to stop heart palpitations (extremely rapid heartbeat)?
The real way to stop them would be to cure whatever is causing them, but as a symptom, is there a way to get your heart to slow back down to normal? Take ten DEEP BREATHS, and Hold them several seconds, releasing the air slowly each time.
Drink some herbal tea with calming herbs like chamomile, and various others.
