Is there a way to stop heart palpitations (extremely rapid heartbeat)?
The real way to stop them would be to cure whatever is causing them, but as a symptom, is there a way to get your heart to slow back down to normal? Palpitations occur on their own, without any exercise or anything. You can be just laying in bed and suddenly you're out of breath and your heart is beating really hard and fast for no reason, and you can sometimes feel it in your chest and neck pulse. Just some insight for those who don't fully understand what they are.
Take ten DEEP BREATHS, and Hold them several seconds, releasing the air slowly each time.
Drink some herbal tea with calming herbs like chamomile, and various others.
It can be the cause of stressful life, and in my opinion it is sign that we should look at our lifestyle. I wrote recently hub about heart issues. And I recommend to have look and read it. It is here... http://hubpages.com/hub/Heart-Attack-No … art-Attack
