Do you know someone with age 20 and above who cannot ride a bike?
Yes. A very good friend of mine can't ride a bike, because she never learned as a child.
Honestly -- the only people over 20 I know who can't ride a bike are either in wheelchairs, have had a stroke that knocked out the use of one side, or have severe Parkinson's. The latter two used to be able to ride bikes, so I don't know that they count. That said, I also live in a small, rural, fairly bike-friendly town so pretty much everyone learns to ride at a very young age. Just this week, I finally got my 5-year-old riding confidently on two wheels .
