Steep the herbs you want to use in 3 ounces of sunflower oil for 45 minutes.Strain.

Melt 2 ounces cocoa butter or coconut oil in microwave or double boiler.

Add 2 ounces of beeswax and melt together. Add strained sunflower oil and mix thoroughly.

When mixture cools, you can add 2 tsp. essential oil of your
    choice.

Cold press the herb. Heat should not be used as it ruins the essential oils of the herb, and hurts the oils you are working with. The herb should be cold pressed for at least 8 weeks. Then strain it out. Add beeswax, cocoa butter or "solid" of your choice. 45 minutes is not long enough to get the herbal properties out of the herb.
