What do you do to recover from being burnt out?

After working long hours at a job that is very high paced even the best of us can get to a point of needing a break.  What kind of cheap or FREE things are there to do to wind down a bit?

Take a change of scenery...go and say with a friend stay on a local camp-site, swim outdoors...

I take a day to do nothing but shop, eat, and watch movies.  That always seems to recharge my batteries.

CatSimmons, Thank you for the advice.  i like to go camping, but my family doesn't care much for it most of the time.  they do like to make S'Mores and roast marshmellows though!
LecretiaHardy, The movies and eating are two of my favorite things to do

It may sound a little crazy to do the opposite, but I like to really take my mind away from the daily troubles, so sometimes just getting my bicycle out and having a long cycle will clear my mind and thoughts. Once done, I feel, perhaps not refreshed, but definitely relaxed!
