    Normally, if it is causing trouble, it is simply removed/replaced, or they give a medical treatment. My band teacher in middle school donated part of his to his father and both are perfectly healthy and happy now.

    It is not simple to remove or possible to replace a pancreas,
    Energetically/metaphysically, the pancreas represents the sweetness of life. The message you are getting from your body is to start appreciating all the good in your life and to stop focusing on what you don't have.
    Try keeping a gratitude journal. Start at night with 5 things you were grateful for that day. Move up to 10. Start the morning with gratitude for what you have and what will be that day. Start doing these things and I'd be surprised if your pancreatitis didn't go away.
