Do you have a trick to help slough off the negativity your incur throughout the day?
I just think of positive things, I go to the internet for websites and articles that will encourage me.
I do something for myself. I love taking long, hot showers and then taking the time to blow out my hair. It sounds silly, but I literally wash off the negativity and then pamper myself.In the middle of the day, I leave work for lunch. Stepping away and eating in a different environment, maybe with a friend. It breaks up the day and makes it easier for me to "let go".
