What is a good sports recovery drink for intense workouts?Do you drink homemade or commercially-made recovery drink? What do you prefer to drink? What works for you?
I use shakeolog, http://www.gettingstrongnow.com/shakeology-review/, but it can be a bit expensive. Even without a protein shake you want to get something in your system within a half hour of your workout. Bananas are great!!
