What is an easy way to remove the stress and tension from around your shoulders and neck?
First, roll your shoulders forward five times. Then backward five times. Then rotate your neck clockwise three times, then counterclockwise three times. Then let your head droop forward, like you're looking at your bellybutton. Then tilt it back as far as it will go. Repeat as needed. It always works for me.
