What is the biggest gamble that you have ever taken in your life?
Are you happy that you took the risk? Did it pay off? Did you learn from it? Would you do it again?
When I think back, I guess the biggest gamble I ever have taken is marrying my husband after only knowing him for under 4 months. I was only 19 and realize now that I didn't really know him. The first time he got angry I was stunned - in the 4 months we dated - he was always in a good mood!!
It worked out just peachy. We have been married for 42 years, have two children and grandchildren---and adore each other. Yes, it worked out, no I would not risk marrying after so little time again. It was a risk that worked out, but wouldn't for everyone, or every time - so no I do not recommend it.
