How to increase your eustress?
In most every treatment for every ailment, reducing stress is in the top 10. So how do you increase the beneficial type of stress in your life? The type of stress that makes you more active and positive?
Hi kiraniani, there are unlimited ways, simple and not so simple:
Study hard for a test and get stoked when you "pass"
Embrace your competition and make it exciting to win
Live with zest and overcome the adversities in your life with pride, not shame
Learn to "love" your hard earned accomplishments and celebrate them
Turn your fear of life into fuel for opportunity
Love intensely, and never take your loved ones for granted
Be assertive in your life, but not aggressive (unless you have to for survival)
Be honest but not punitive, try diplomacy when your wronged and take the high road
Frustration is telling you to move on or "fix it" with intellect, not anger
