Do you know what a "toxic town" is?
How would someone know if they lived in or near a toxic location?
Toxic town is an area that was abandoned because of catastrophic events and damage of tornado or earthquakes.
I think to find the biggest and best example of a "ToxicTown" is to travel to Japan and have a look at the Fukushima district. This has a thirty Km radius where nobody is allowed.
Toxic things can kill and so can radiation.
If your town is or has toxic waste then believe me you would know about it soon enough.
