What are the best tips for setting up a Fitbit Flex, that is on its second owner?
I was fortunate enough to receive a Fitbit Flex from a friend that got a new and improved one. I have never owned one, and am wanting to take my health and sleep more seriously. So I am excited to try it out but know nothing about it. I have an Iphone 4 and will be getting a 5 before long. Any tips or advice? Even small tips totally welcomed, thank you!
