yea...wheatgrass is good stuff; it's really easy to grow and juice it yourself; the seeds are usually organic; i remember reading that only 2 ounces a day is the max. - don't want to overdo it with the nutritional value in it; i like to mix it with some apple juice because it does taste like grass.
