Treatment a recurring abscess on the roots of maxillary centrals?

    Any one who has this information please post. I can find many articles regarding this on net but i want to know the personal approach.

    I have treated the case with drainage and topical antiseptic. But after few days the patient came up with recurrence.(i was not there at second time)
    Am not a professional,coz am still pursuing  my dentistry and i strongly believe that dentistry more of skill and art than knowledge. Of course we need knowledge to plan the treatment.

    so if any one of you know how will you approach such a treatment let me know.
