Day 1 of Insanity

    Well, I've started the Insanity Workout.

    It all starts with the Fit Test, which you do every 15 days to monitor your progress.

    5 AM and lots of plyometrics. 

    I just hope my floor can take it.  There was an awful lot of creaking!!
