Key to Happiness

Updated on September 7, 2020

How do you live a happy life?
Living happy is the goal of every human being, no matter what, but many cannot easily reach this goal, in these lines we help you to reach the state of nirvana.

Real happiness is what stems from within us, no matter how happy we are, we will not be happy with dialogue, true happiness, ourselves, this happiness is temporary and fake, and with the passage we will feel bored and dissatisfied with this beginning becoming the beginning of conflicts, depression, feeling and lack of confidence.

  1. Be effective : Be an active and efficient person. Do a lot of different activities. Don't limit your life to just a thing or two, but be varied and creative in what you do. Play different sports, volunteer for charities, participate in cheerful events and popular festivals, these various activities get to know you more about yourself and make you discover new feelings that you did not know before. It would be a new, different kind of happiness. Make your life full of passion and excitement.

2.Focus on the spiritual side : Focus carefully on the spiritual side of your life because it is one of the biggest reasons for living happily. The spiritual aspect consists of your relationship with God on the one hand, and your philosophy of this life on the other hand. These aspects should never be neglected. Make your relationship with God strong. Feel that he is always with you, think well of him, ask for his help and ask him to provide you with the strength to achieve the life he wants for you. Read about God and know Him well, when you know Him you will love Him more and you will be happier. As for the philosophy of life, it consists of contemplation and contemplation of the kingdom and of the Absolute, of good and evil, of the cause and purpose of existence.

More smiling, less worrying. More compassion, less judgment. More blessed, less stressed. More love, less hate.

Roy T. Bennett

3.Positive thoughts : Positive thoughts will not come alone and if they do, they will not be effective and strong unless we have inner psychological strength. It is our own reflection that generates these thoughts. We must feel inner completeness, confidence and love for these principles to be reflected in our thoughts and feelings and to increase their power and influence. Learn how to love without waiting for compensation, forgiveness, do good, help people, and view life as a gift and gift from God Almighty. We must feel that we have come here for a reason and try to discover the reason for everything.
