Soar Throat and Tooth ache -- say them bye !!

Soar Throat:

Ever got up in the morning and felt that terrible irritated throat ? Yeah it makes you feel terrible and slowly it gets you to feel sick and takes you away from all you daily activities. And you get forced to take a medicine over the counter to get away from the pain and irritation.

Well instead of dealing with it by using medicines, now you can get it cured at home itself, yes at your home with just MILK and Turmeric powder.

First let me tell you about turmeric. It belongs to the ginger family and has both anit-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. It's very commonly used in Asian countries for day to day consumption as well as treating soar throat.

Steps:

  • Take a glass of milk, and heat it in microwave for two minutes.
  • Take half tea-spoon of turmeric powder and mix it in the hot milk
  • Now slowly gulp it down your throat
  • Do it twice a day, morning and evening
  • Within a day of doing this, you will feel the difference

** If you are a vegan, substitute milk with a spoon of honey, mix it with turmeric powder and have it twice day

Tooth Ache:

Awww...that is the feeling that you go through when you have a toothache. It's always annoying to have one in the night, making your sleep go away.

The best way to put toothache to sleep is to apply clove oil on the affected tooth.

Steps:

  • Take a small cotton ball, that you can easily put on top of the affected tooth
  • Drench it in clove oil, yes it should be fully drenched, I mean it literally
  • Apply it all over the affected tooth, gums too and then keep it at the top of the tooth
  • Now you will feel the pain subsiding in minutes

** It's available at pharmacy too for toothaches, as a package with cotton balls

Hope you like these above tips. Leave me a comment if you like it.
