Cure Kidney Stone Naturally !!

Many of you would be aware of Kidney stone and the torturing pain caused due to it. I am here sharing my personal life experience, my Dad had one years back and how he got over it.

Kidney Stone is a hard mass formed from crystals that are separated from Urine, there are various kind of Kidney stones. They generally block the flow of Urine, sometimes resulting in swollen belly and cause lot of pain while passing Urine.

The first and foremost thing to do when you suspect the above symptoms is to go and see a Doctor. They study hard to treat diseases so we should never forget their hardwork and respect their intellect.

The remedies and do's, don'ts, that I suggest here should be followed in addition to the Doctor's advice:

  • Drink Lot, I mean LOT, of water. One of the wonders of earth that GOD gave us.
  • Ever heard of Horse Gram ? Kulti (in hindi) ? It's a grain/bean that is consumed in India. It has magical effect when you get a kidney stone: Take two handfull of horse grama and soak it in 3 cups of water overnight. In the morning filter the water out and drink it. Keep doing it until the day your stone passes out in Urine.

Don't forget that you also need to follow Doctor's advice, after all he is the boss who knows whats what :)

If you don't have stone and are healthy, please:

  • Take your food at proper time, if you can't have food at normal hours, follow the hours systematically even if they are not regular Breakdast, Lunch or Dinner hours. Don't ever skip any meal.

My Dad, really felt good after following the horse gram soaked water procedure described above but it's not a proven FACT, so if you have faith in natural cure, surely give it a try.

Also he still avoids eating spinach and vegetables with high oxhalte content !!

Hopefully your stone is not too big to get operated, and Wish you a speedy Recovery !!

GOD Bless !!

Thanks for Reading !!
