Why I Decided to Use Light Therapy Lamps to KEEP SAD Away

SAD is a huge problem for many people including me during the long winter months. So I know just how miserable and exhausted you can feel. Energy to walk a few hundred yards seems to evade you. Your thinking diminishes to the point that putting a coherent sentence together seems like climbing Everest and you just don't function anymore.

I should know my whole family surfers with low Serotonin levels for one reason or another so anything that helps raise the mood is welcome. The sun lamp is very quiet which is music to my ears. To get the full advantage of the lamp you need to be no more than a distance of 15 to 20 inches from the lamp.

If you don't like the smell of the ion/ozone feature you can turn it on or off so you don't have to use it if you don't want to, thought it is great for clearing unpleasant smells.

This light lamp is 10,000 lux lamp which is really the minimum you need to make it worthwhile doing.

Thankfully they have actually supplied a 6 foot long cord which makes life easy and helps with positioning your lamp.

As with any light product the times comes to replace your lights. Your lights should last you at least 3 and up to four years when you will have to replace all four lights.
