Finally I got my prenatal exercise DVD called Prenatal Fitness Fix with Erin O'Brien and I love it. This woman is so energetic and fit...not like me. After my first trial exercise, I understood that I'm not physically fit for my labor as I want to be... My first pregnancy and I gained a lot of weight... I remember I was crying that I'm fat when I was size 12..... I wish I were size 12 again....
So I started exercising at home every second day.. another day I go for a long walk... I decided to do it myself instead of booking exercises with trainer. Prenatal exercises in Dublin are pretty expensive. I paid 14 euros on Ebay for this DVD and I'm happy.
