Sinus Nasal Irrigation And Neti Pots

Updated on September 22, 2014

Allergies and Sinus Infections

Like many people I suffer from severe seasonal allergies. Actually, I have several allergies. If you know anyone who has allergies or you have allergies yourself, then you know that it will totally disrupt your life. Not only are you constantly sneezing and have an itchy throat and eyes but you also loose your sense of taste and smell. When you allergies last for several weeks it can really become annoying.

And one of the biggest problems with chronic allergies is that if not controlled you can end up with a sinus infection. Sinus Infections are not fun at all. They can be very frustrating as well as painful.

Neti Pot for Allergies and Chronic Sinus Infections

Over the years I have tried many things to relieve my problems including very expensive prescription pills and sprays as well as over the counter medications.

2 years ago I discovered an amazing solution. I learned that if I cleansed my sinuses twice a day or more when symptoms were severe, my allergies would really go away. After all of the years of suffering I felt so much better. I was also angry about my Doctor for not telling me about a neti pot. I had to find out from someone else. But the most amazing thing to me is that I haven't had any sinus infections since I started irrigating my sinus with a nasal cleanse.

Neti Pot Nasal Irrigation

I have probably saved hundreds of dollars over the past couple of years just by using a neti pot nasal irrigation system.

If you have a head cold, seasonal allergies / dust mite allergy or get chronic sinus infections, I suggest you consider a sinus cleanse routine.

When I first heard about a nasal cleanse it sounded a little bit gross. But I was just so desperate to sinus and allergy relief as well as sinus headache relief. Sinus Irrigation was the best decision I have ever made where my health is concerned. Honestly you will not believe how much better it feels to be able to breath, smell and taste again.

Nasal Sinus Irrigation Systems and Neti Pots

There are a few option when it comes to sinus cleansing and nasal sinus wash. I use a neti pot, but many people prefer a nasal sinus irrigation system. Since it only takes a minute to use and can easily be made part of your daily routine. Simply use it every morning and every night at bed time. Or if you are having severe symptoms, then do a cleanse 3 times daily.

Which ever product you decide to use, you will find that you will get immediate results. You will not believe it and you will actually get a terrific nights sleep as well. Neti Pots are a very popular way to get sinus and allergy relief quickly.
