The superfood list would not be complete without one fruit. There are quite a few fruits that can be called superfoods but I have chosen blueberries because I like them best. What is great about eating fruits is the fact that they can be eaten raw or turned into a fruit juice. No need for cooking and wasting time.

Blueberries are a great source of antioxidants that help remove free radicals from our bodies. Then they help stop inflammations in our bodies (intestines, joints and even skin) and because of various nutrients and acids they contain they also prevent certain forms of cancer. Next - they protect our eyes and prevent macular degeneration which is related to our aging. Blueberries also improve brain function especially memory - they can help with Alzheimer's disease. It has similar benefits to us when we eat blueberries and/or grapes. These are the only fruits that contain this nutrient.

Therefore do not go to the fast food chains and have a burger and fries for lunch and dinner just because you had some yogurt at breakfast. Keep your meals balanced, and whenever possible choose healthy.
Superfoods Are Not A Miracle Cure
Just because these superfoods are packed with the nutrients your body needs they will no cancel out an entire day of misbehaving. Try to keep a healthy diet AND include superfoods in your meals.
