It's been about a decade since my husband suffered his heart attack. After my husband's surgery the hospital enrolled me into a cooking course. They said this cookbook was a guide I needed to use for my daily cooking. I found the cookbook and faithfully used it to make everything. I downloaded it and now have access to it from my android where ever I go. Since we travel a great deal of the year it is a valuable resource for my cooking.

The recipes are wonderful I love the homemade salad dressing it is a culinary delight. As vegetarians we eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and the recipes have increased the varieties of salad we now eat. We like the choice and try new things all the time. We used to eat to much cheese and other fatty foods. Now I know that we can have flavor without all the unhealthy fats. The section of recipes devoted to vegetarian meals make cooking easy for me. When I first started learning to change my cooking habits, I was told by the dietitian at the hospital that even the meat based meal could be modified to suit a vegetarian diet.
