New born is one of the best example to start our exercise.Exercise need not to be of weight lifting or running or other types of aerobics. It can be as simple as walking. May be of slow walking to faster one, depends on your age and health conditions. The child start moving the hands and legs,it is nothing but moving . Then start crawling. Now it starts moving the hands and legs to keep the foot on the floor. That is the first thing which we can compare with walking exercise. As it starts walking , then all other activities such as running , jumping starts.
So ,if we see closely, the walking habit is not separable from our life. But as the times goes we forget the basic or we jump to other exercises just quitting the basic. Only few people combine the other exercises with walking. Always we should try to recollect our physical activities from the birth. Before we start walking our moment of hands and legs should be ensured in other words, streching of hands and legs is a must. Then either in treadmill, or concrete floors, or grass floors, or wooden floors,
Fitness: How we say we are fit ? Fit means both mentally and physically. Mostly when it comes for fitness we shall be considering only physical fitness. The presence of a person will solve any problem. It is not the way. Our mind also should be in a position to tackle the given situation. Then only we call we fit.
Walking: Walking is the one of the best exercise, irrespective of men or women , young or old.Even the pregnant women is recommended by elders and medical practioners for walking. Walking is makes movement of entire body. Especially to our heart is getting indirect exercise by doing walking. It starts pumping of blood in a moderate way depends on walking speed. Thus the hearts flexibility is ensured. Say, you start walking with a schedule of daily , then automatically your mind also gets the right direction.
Walking time : Regularise yourselves, for a time period of walking. Do not go on shifting the time morning to evening or evening to morning. Mostly morning hours walking recommended. You may get ozone , which activates your energy level. Avoid for the sake of walking. Instead concentrating on walking , rolling around our eyes in other activities, talking to other when you walk , will not give you calories burnout. To keep wellness, we must walk regularly.
Walking shoes:It is advisable to use walking shoes, instead of using chapals, or bare foot or hard shoes. The walking shoes should be soft enough, not making hardships while walking. Buy Branded one , instead buying the fancy one from unauthorised dealers. As such branded one coming to the market , after lot of research done. So, if at all any difficulties we experience we shall able to complain to them. And we shall expect the quick response also. Even they consider our complaint for further improvement.
Exercise and fitness : As I briefed above, exercise and fitness goes hand in hand. Without exercise, we shall not expect fitness. We should maintain the flexilibility of our body by doing exercises. There lies health fitness. Otherwise, whatever we do for maintaining the body weight, like weight loss diet, or weight loss program based on food, will not yield good results.
