Yoga workout

The word 'yoga' means 'union' or 'merger' in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India, where it was originated thousands of years ago. The ultimate aim of yoga philosophy is to strike a balance between mind, body and attain self-enlightenment. The aim of this hub is to show you various poses of yoga which can easily be done, through yoga videos. Through practising yoga regularly weightloss can be achieved.

Yoga was originated from India thousands of years ago, but over the years it has been adapted by many other countries as a method of gaining good health and fitness. The yoga balance poses are categorized as sitting, standing, forward bends, backward bends, supine, prone and balancing.

Yoga workout for Flat Stomach

Since yoga works  as a whole on mind, body, and spirit, some of the poses will engage your stomach to reduce the fat as well as help you feel relaxed and renewed. These poses include tree pose, bending forward pose, torso stretch, mountain tilt, triangle pose, butterfly pose, bridge pose, locust pose, cat pose etc. While doing these poses, one should remember not to hold the breath and deep inhalations and exhalations are necessary to get the best results.
