101 Halloween Party Songs

Updated on September 1, 2012

Halloween parties can be the most enjoyable get-togethers that you can have. Costumes, odd looking food, creepy decorations, and good Halloween themed music make up a fun party. What is good Halloween music though? Is it themes from various scary movies or is it music from well-known bands that happen to fall into the Halloween genre? It just so happens that both categories can be put on a CD or play list and you will have an excellent Halloween party. The following songs are the top 101 song’s that you should have playing at your Halloween party.

I compiled this list from songs that are on our playlists at home and from suggestions from friends. A lot of these songs are ones that we play during our Halloween party each year. Hi J. A lot of them we already have in a Halloween playlist. Some of the Blues stuff will have to get added for sure such as Devils Den. I'm glad you like the list. Have fun this Halloween.

Awesome! I needed some new ones for my Halloween party playlist. Don't forget the Queen of the Damned soundtrack - "Slept So Long", etc. I also include Concrete Blonde's "Bloodletting - the Vampire Song", "Vampires will never hurt you" by my chemical romance, and marilyn manson songs. :)
