Christmas Movies Quiz

Classic Christmas movies enhance the Christmas holiday season with an infusion of fond memories from Christmases past. Not only that, but they influence Christmas present, too. After all, no one wants to be a Grinch or a Scrooge. No explanation is needed for what these words mean because almost everyone has watched and re-watched How the Grinch Stole Christmas or one of the many versions of A Christmas Carol.

I use to know most of the actors names, now not so much unless they've made it really big. :)

I missed 2 - I couldn't remember the right name of the actor (bad about that) maybe I should read more blog feeds about entertainment - lol

No Donna, I'm not too much of an expert, I think I'm just getting old, ...er, classic, yeah, classic sounds better. Oh, just beam me up already...

No mac, you are an expert! I do like the one with Patrick Stewart, too. He is such an awesome actor...and I too am an avid Trekkie.

Hi Flora, I do tend to agree with your definition of classic, but they have already started pumping Elf as a classic and I thought I'd throw one in there that younger folk might know. You did really well! Thanks for leaving a comment!

Missed one, You're so right, there are many adaptations of A Christmas Carol. I like the one with Patrick Stewart as Scrooge. Kinda reminds me of Star Trek...that was fun. v^

Congrats, Flora. I guess viewing Christmas classics is something I really need to do. I think I've only ever watched about three of these.

I got all the classic movie questions correct. I got thrown off by the Elf question being classic. Classic to me doesn't mean well made, it means several decades old. Plus, the fact that you have the TCM set as your picture made me think the movies were all old. The recent films I got wrong. I expected to get them wrong, as I haven't seen them except Elf. So I got just 60%. Sigh.
