Father's Day Surprise
Do you know what your dad really wants for Father's Day? Well if your dad is like mine, he already has all the tools from sears and fishing supplies from the Bass Pro shop. That's why this year we are going to throw a huge surprise party themed around all the things he already has. There is nothing better than great family and friends to surround the #1 Dad of the year and to top it off the great decorations and food.
And the best part most of it can be made with lil to no cost. Dad will really love that!
Well lets get started on the decorations. Simple and Fun for everyone. Grab some scrap paper and cut out tool designs, for example: Wrenches, Screwdrivers, Hammers, ect... Then let the lil ones color them and hang them all around the house. After the tools are in place I'm sure dad has some buckets just sitting around out in the shed or the garage. Get them out make sure they are clean of course build you some small fishing poles you can make it out of just about anything to add a little bit of fun to it make it out of a mop or broom and hang a sign from it with a joke like, "24 hour pass expires at midnight"
There is no limit on the imagination for this celebration.
Now for the food. The best Father's Day meal is a Buffet of none stop eats for the whole family. Let's start with the meat: Chicken, Ribs, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers are the top best for any Father's Day Feast it can all be ate by hand. Side Dishes: Chips, Potato Salad, Macoroni Salad, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Ect.. Remember it's summer keep your sides that contain Mayo or dressing cool. Drinks: Sweet Tea or Unsweet, Punch, Water. and Dessert the best ever Dessert for dad Banana Pudding, Strawberry Shortcake, or just a simple Happy Father's Day Cake. Don't forget the ice for the drinks, buns and rolls, Mayo , Mustard, pickles, ketchup, ect...
