This was #16 for National Poetry Month, published on April 16th in honor of my dad's birthday on that day.
Sometimes it's hard to talk, to express ourselves, but it's good when we know that people love us as much as we love them. My dad and I don't always open up, but I know he's always there for me. This haiku is in honor of my special dad.
