Halloween Costumes I Would Love to Wear

Dress Up Fun

Dressing up for Halloween is a tradition in some places in the world. It is, however, not a tradition we have practised. Whereas Halloween is typically celebrated with activities such as trick-or-treating, attending costume parties, playing pranks, watching horror films, and so on, we usually just celebrate it by solemnly commemorating dearly departed loved ones.

This hub is thus written hypothetically that if I were to dress up and attend a Halloween party, these are the costumes that I would want to wear.I'm not a fan of really scary stuff so none of these would fall under that category.

Lara Croft

Lara Croft, the character from the Tomb Raider series, is one character I would love to play. Yes, in the movie, the role was played by Angelina Jolie. I'm not really a Jolie fan, but I like the Croft character.

Lara Croft is a significant game character in popular culture. She holds six Guinness World Records, has a strong fan base, and is among the first video game characters to have been successfully adapted on the big screen.

Queen of Hearts

Ah, what comes to mind must be the foul-tempered Queen from Alice in Wonderland. I don't see myself shouting, "Off with their heads!" but I won't mind dressing up as a queen as I'm a bit too matured to dress up like a princess. Being a princess is probably almost every little girl's dream.

The Queen of Hearts is for me the better option as compared to the Evil Queens in Snow White and Sleeping Beauty. ^_^

The Witch

I'm not exactly sure which character inspired me with this choice, but for sure, I don't see the witch as an evil character. On the other hand, I see a wise woman who is capable of healing and magick.

Greek Goddess

I recently wrote a review of the Goddess Summoning series by P.C. Cast. I suppose that's what kindled my interest for goddesses. Aside from that, I've always been fascinated with myths and legends.

A Fairy

This is the nicest fairy costume I found that I really liked. Who wouldn't want to play a fairy, even for a day? For me, fairies are magical and ethereal creatures. I naturally don't envision the naughtiness of Tinker Bell, but a more mature and helpful being who can bless everyone with her magic, just like the fairy godmothers in fairy tales.
