Holiday Wishes to all...
May your happiness overcome any burdens in life.
To all who read this, especially my hubpages friends and followers:
Enjoy the holidays, at least for the moment. Yes, we all have responsibilities and concerns in life, and may feel as if the holidays arrived too soon or aren't that important. Let me assure you, they are important for all ages.
Family and close friends are irreplaceable, so treasure them;
Enjoy what life gives you, and not what you can't have;
Time spent is something we can't get back, so live it well;
Memories will be with us forever, so make them count.
Only give what you can, in moderation. Giving of yourself is a much better gift than anything money can buy. Keep in mind the true reason of celebrations. If you have someone in your life that isn't happy unless they receive presents that can be bought, perhaps you need to re-evaluate the friendship or relationship.
Always have everyone participate in preparing for celebrations. This can be some of the most rewarding time...lots of laughter, music, and remembering old stories. Children love to help and learn new things when allowed to help decorate, cook, or do a special holiday project.
Don't let yourself get stressed. Sometimes the more you try to do, the less that gets accomplished. Keep it simple...Easy does it.
I wish you all, a blessed and unforgettable holiday.
After the holiday celebrations have passed...we can all go back to our regular scheduled lives.
