Boneless Honey Chicken
What you need
Slow Cooker
3 lbs. of boneless chicken (if a different piece of chicken is preferred, substitute)
Salt and Pepper
2 cups honey
1 cups soy sauce
½-cup ketchup
¼-cup oil
3-tablespoon garlic powder
Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions:
Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towel. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place chicken on a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 15 mins. for boneless, 20 mins. for bone in chicken and larger pieces, 10 mins. on each side or until brown.
Place the chicken into the Crock pot/slow cooker.
To make your sauce, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, oil and garlic powder in bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on Low 2 1/2-4 hours or on High for 1-1/2 hours. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve with broccoli and serve over rice or red potatoes.

Potato Salad Stack-Up
What you need
1-quart chopped cooked potato
2-cups cooked peas
2-6 ½-oz. can tuna drained, flaked
½-teaspoon dill weed
3-cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2-cups chopped tomato
2-cups chopped cucumber Dill Sauce
Directions:
Combine potato and peas. Toss tuna with dell weed. Layer lettuce, potato mixture, tomato, tuna mixture and cucumber in 3 ½ quart salad bowl. Top with 1 ½ cups Dill Sauce. Cover; chill. Serve with remaining Dill Sauce.
Dill Sauce
1-cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1-cup dairy sour cream
½-cup milk
¼-cup chopped dill pickle
¼-cup green onion slices
½-teaspoon dry mustard
Combine ingredients’ mix well.

Cream Cheese Clouds
What you need
1-8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
½-cup powdered sugar
¼-teaspoon vanilla extract
1-cup heavy cream
1 can cherry pie or real strawberry filling chopped nut (optional)
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed on electric mixer. Gradually add heavy cream; mix well. Whip until thickened. Using the back of a spoon, shape into 3 ½ inch shells-there should be ten. Place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Freeze two hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, fill with cherry/strawberry pie filling. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired.
