Kid's Costume Ideas - What we saw this year.

It is so fun every year to see what the kids will wear for Halloween. We have come full circle, or almost full circle. The only stage left I have to observe or experience is having grandchildren and enjoying Halloween by seeing them or spending time with them on this fun day.

So for fun, I wanted to just capture what we saw this year. There are some really cute and scary things out and about! What is also great to see, is that so many parents are involved. To me, that is an absolute must.

Before I share what we saw, let me tell you a quick halloween joke I heard. Question: "What did one casket ask the other casket?" Answer, "Is that you, coughin?" Haha, this one made me laugh even though its so silly.

Some of my favorites that my boys have been in the past, have been a Lion, Silly Ghost, Burger King, Old Scary Man, Obama, Ninja, and many more.

Little Red She-Devil

Witch with Green Face From Wizard of Oz

Lightning McQueen from Cars

Regular Witch

Little Blue Bird from Angry Birds

Greek Goddess

Dark Fairy

Detentionista (having to do with detention, very creative!)

Dracula's Daughter

Gory Guy

Wednesday Adams (From the Adams Family) Very cute and creative!

**We had more than this, but this is what I could see and remember from the large groups we saw. It is so fun to see who and what comes around! One neat surprise is that a new family moved into the neighborhood, so we got to meet some new people too! Did you see any fun costumes this year? Please feel free to share what you saw, and anything creative. I think its great we all help kids to get to enjoy the fun things in life. Life is so precious and flying by, and they are growing up so fast! Thank you to all that help to make a difference in the life of children, and for helping to put a smile on their faces. :)

Did you pass out Halloween Candy to kids this year?

Yes, you did HappyBoomerNurse! Our town doesn't have those time limits, I think it goes to about 9pm or so here. I agree, that its fun watching all the little ones in the neighborhood dress up. They are so cute and some get SO creative. Thanks for your comment and stopping by.

Wow I must of caught this hot off the presses! Our trick or treat 6 to 8PM town time limits are over but as you, we had many delightful characters visit us with their parents. I don't have grand-kids yet but I do enjoy watching all the little ones of the neighborhood dress up.

Glad you're having a Happy Halloween.
