Mother's Day Tribute
MOTHERS DAY, in Australia and many other places around the world is celebrated on the second Sunday of May every year, It really is an extra special day for all Mothers.
This is a special "TRIBUTE" to Mothers all around the world!
To begin our Mother's Day Tribute It would be great if we all gave our Mothers a very big hug :)... just to let them know that they are loved and appreciated every day of the year, not just on Mother's Day.
For those that are not near enough to do that physically, maybe a phone call or email will work the same.
Which ever way you choose it will make your mum feel extra special and you will feel pretty good yourself, especially when you get a very big hug back and that wonderful smile that only mother's can give.

Mother's Day what will you do?
On this very special day, some will visit for the day, or just take their Mother out for lunch, have lunch in the park, buy them flowers, chocolates, or some kind of present.
In some cases it is something they don't want, need, or have any use for, or maybe they already have two or three in the cupboard. This I know, have been there, done that. I guess many mums around the world have experienced that situation,but when that does happen, it just puts a bigger smile on my already smiling face, it really is the thought that matters, not the present, To me anyway.
Others might invite them over to their homes for the day or even a few days or take them on a holiday. Mother/Daughter, Mother/Son or maybe with the whole family, That would be wonderful to have all the generations together, having fun and enjoying each others company on this very special occasion .
In Australia the chrysanthemum is the traditional flower given on Mothers day, in a bunch or in a pot that can be transplanted into the garden at a later date, if you put them in the garden you will have them for years and years to come and the person that gave them to you will be there in your garden always. It's beautiful.:)

Mothers no longer with us!
We do realize that some folks Mothers, for whatever reason, are no longer with them to share this special day.
As we are in this situation we understand just how emotional this may be for some people, and may have been hard to come to terms with but bear in mind they will always be your mum.
These people like us will have their own special way of remembering, honoring, and paying tribute to their Mum!
Mothers are the most important person in the whole world. Almost everything we learn and know starts with our Mother. They love you unconditionally and can be your very best friend throughout your whole life.
Yes Fathers are very important in our lives as well, but Mothers are number one.
That's the way it is...
"God could not be everywhere and therefore he made Mothers..."
Mothers teach us right from wrong, good from bad, love, respect, morals, honor, and how to be the best person that we can be in any situation.
Mothers also become such wonderful Grandmothers, where they can spoil their Grandchildren, teach them about life from their prospective, and create such wonderful memories that they can carry with them throughout their lives.
Our Mother's Day
In our situation where we all live on the same property, I believe the lessons learned from the different generations by our Grandchildren are invaluable. Our personal view only.
So where ever and who ever you are. The love and respect that you have in your heart for your Mother, will help carry you through all that life has to offer.
Mothers really are so very, very special.
