Predictions and Odds
Here are the latest Updated odds provided by Vegas Insider:
AFC
Baltimore +2,800
All Baltimore has to do is win their last regular season game and they will be in the playoffs. The chances for Baltimore to get out of the first round are slim to none.
Buffalo +15,000
Buffalo needs a lot of help to even make the playoffs. We are projecting to not even look at making and moves on Buffalo not worth it.
Jacksonville +1,400
This has been a crazy year in the AFC South and Jaguars deserve to be in first place. We just can't see the Jags go deep in the playoffs despite having one of the top defenses in the NFL. This has been more than an impressive season for the Jags, and their fans should be more than happy and excited to see their team in the playoffs.
Kansas City +1,800
The Chiefs as always have had a strong defense. This year is not the case. Lots of injuries have slowed the team down, and maybe KC will win one playoff game and will be out of the playoffs. Chiefs fans will have to wait another year.
L.A. Chargers +5,000
Chargers are still in the hunt but need a lot of help. As we all know they always find a way to choke when it is needed the most. We predict the Chargers don't even make the playoffs.
New England -125
Not sure if we even need to talk about this team. As always the pats are favorite to win the Super Bowl. All odds show that you might see the Patriots again in the Super Bowl.
Pittsburgh +650
Steelers are the second favorite team in the AFC to make it to the Super Bowl. Don't rush and count the three B's. This will be an exciting playoff season.
NFC
Atlanta +1,400
After an incredible season last year, the Falcons have been very disappointing. They are on the verge of missing the playoffs if they don't win next week against Carolina.
Carolina +1,800
With lots of injuries on defense and a bad start of the season, the panthers have been playing great football, and Cam Newton looks like the quarterback we saw a couple years ago with the team that went to the Super Bowl. We can see a deep participation in the playoffs for the Panthers.
L.A Rams +1,000
Probably the most surprising team in the NFL. Very young team that is playing very well all season long. The experience will hurt the Rams, and we can see an early exit from the playoffs for the Rams.
Minnesota +575
Another really surprising team. With the accusation of Case Keenum, and rookie start RB Delvin Cook, the Vikings have been playing great, and with the Super Bowl being playing in Minnesota, don't let anyone fool you. The Vikings are for real, and can go very deep in the Playoffs.
New Orleans +1,000
The Saints have been here before and know what it is to fight for the Super Bowl and know just how hard it is to make it to the Super Bowl. With Brees at quarterback and the best Running game in the NFL. Saints can go all the way to the Super Bowl, and give Drew Brees his second Super Bowl ring.
Philadelphia +1,000
As much as we don't want to say it, the Eagles have had a great year, but we can see an early exit in the playoffs. With Carson Wentz not behind center, we can't see really much chance for the Eagles to go deep in the Playoffs. Sorry Eagles fans, but you will have to wait another season.
Seattle +5,000
With a totally changed defense, the Seahawks have had a very rough season. Also RB have been changing like no other, injury after injury. The Seahawks are holding on to that last Wild Card spot and will fight hard to go deep in the playoffs, but we can see an early exit by the Seahawks.
