The Gift of Flowers

 So why is it that flowers are such a perfect gift for many occasions.  Flowers beautify their surroundings, instantly.  Introduce a nice bouquet of flowers into any room and automatically to room feels brighter, lighter, and smells wonderful.

But even more so they help to show your feelings for another person.  And there are so many occasions when flowers, can help lift a persons spirits. 

 Funerals are  a big event when flowers are ordered to say here these flowers are for you and your family in this, your time of loss and grief.  The family of the deceased see these flowers as someone is thinking of them and helps them to cope with their grief.

When a person loses a job, or learns of certain events that cause them stress flowers tell them that they are not alone. Someone else sympathises with them and understands their situation.

There is nothing more precious to a mother than to have a small little hand clutching a bunch of flowers freshly picked for her, come running up to the house to give her these beautiful flowers "just for Mommy.".  No matter what kind of day you are having that will lift your spirits instantly.

A gift of flowers says "I'm thinking of you." , "I love You." or "I am here for you."

Have you ever given your mom flowers now that you have grown. Not on mothers day or her birthday, just on an average day to say I love you, I appreciate you, I am glad you are my mother. Or just to say I thought you would like them.

Many people often don't but try it once, you'll see her light up. She will appreciate them probably even more than she shows.

She'll find a place to display them and try her best to keep them alive. She will look at those flowers and think of you. She will feel blessed that she has such a loving and appreciative son or daughter.

She'll probably say you shouldn't have but deep down inside she will love the thought and cherish the fact that you bothered.

So give your mom some flowers it will lift her up and it will make you feel good as well, knowing that it made your mom happy.

 How many men I wonder, give flowers to their wives for no reason at all. Not Valentines day although that is nice too. Or not because you are in the doghouse and think flowers will smooth things over. But just for no reason at all, just to say I love you, I'm glad your my wife and I want to make you happy.

My guess is not as many as their should be.

Men stop and think about it, most wives do allot more than they are given credit for. Because it is considered just part of living, but she does the dishes, does the laundry, cleans the house, takes care of the kids, runs errands, and the list goes on and on.

If you are a man who helps his wife with these mundane chores then kudos you do more than most.

Women love to get flowers even if they say they don't.  She looks at them as an expression of love,  she thinks to herself " My man got flowers just for me, he took the time, " and yes in most cases money " to give me flowers."  Then she thinks " He really does appreciate me."

Give your wife flowers, you know she will love them and she'll love you for it.  It is just a gesture that almost any woman will appreciate.

Something most men think nothing about, giving flowers to their daughter. If she is young, it may seem strange but it will make her feel good. It will show her how men are supposed to treat her with love and respect.

She will know her father loves her and wanted to give her something pretty. She will put them on her night stand and look at them every night when she goes to bed.

She'll feel loved and secure, knowing that her father is always looking out for her. She will learn that the gesture of giving a small gift, is how people show their love and respect.

If your daughter is older, or even married herself she will appreciate the fact that her father still wants to show is love for his little girl. And it will remind her of how men are supposed to treat her.

So give your daughter flowers, you will be teaching her a lot more than you realize, and she will never forget the thoughtfullness you have displayed.
