Children are the Best Teachers

From time to time a thought might cross your mind that everything was simpler in childhood. You could easier tell the lies from the truth, evil from good, greediness from generosity. Nobody was shy to show their feelings, for any emotion was a natural way of being and asked for being revealed.

Children are responsive, and if you treat them with understanding, they sincerely give you back the power of their heart - their gratitude.

With time, everybody learns to hide their feelings. Adult life often requires to be emotionless. But the true power is real emotions, the feeling of gratitude.

Modern life has made many people consumers. Taking has become natural, while giving is no longer a habit. Even giving thanks for somebody's service seems wrong, so much it is taken for granted.

But the more you consume, the less you are happy. That's the truth.

How Gratitude Can Change Your Life

Gratitude is one of those powerful feelings which help enjoy life, well-being, love and abundance. But how? Everything is energy, and the Universe has its most powerful law which is the law of attraction. It manages all energies by bringing similar ones together.

Every thought and feeling has its own energy and frequency.

When you concentrate on gratitude, when you talk about it, and most of all, when you feel it, you uplift your energy frequency to one of the most powerful levels.

When you say thanks and do it sincerely, you stay in the most powerful energy vibes, while attracting similar energies and vibes which according to the law of attraction bring you more of things to be thankful for.

The more thankful you are, the more abundance you attract.

On the contrary, an ungrateful person who feels frustrated radiates lower vibes, which affect the success of this person in a very bad way. Such feelings as jealousy, anger, dissatisfaction, irritation make an obstacle for good things to happen. Moreover, by feeling this way you will attract more of low vibes.

So be thankful for what you have. By doing so you turn to all the blessings that the Universe has to offer you. When you turn your face towards the Sun, you can feel its life-giving power. But when you turn away, you cannot get all the benefit. Just the same with the Universe and the gifts it has to give you.

To change your life start giving thanks for all you have. You can thank God or the Universe. You can have a special journal where you can put everything you are thankful for. If you write every day, you will be surprised how many things there are worthy of gratitude.

You can also be thankful for everything you wish to have but don't have yet: harmonious relationships, good health, wealth, a job you love. The law of attraction doesn't care if you already have it or just think about it.

Thanks to the power of gratitude great things will start appearing in your life.

Thanksgiving Game

This game can be played anywhere anytime. Its rules are very simple and consist in playing around with pleasant thoughts. You can even write them down thus making the whole thing more productive.

Looking around, find an object that appeals to you. Keeping your eye on this object think how nice, useful or beneficial it is. If you pay your attention to it longer, your positive feelings will become stronger.

Now that your mood is higher, feel thankful for what you feel. Then look for another appealing object.

Make it your goal to choose only the objects which awaken positive thoughts and the feeling of gratitude. Practising this way you will reinforce your own positive vibes. The more you focus your attention on such things, the easier it is for you to stay in higher vibes. The easier it is for you to stay in this state, the more thoughts, things, events and people the law of attraction will bring to you that are similar to your basic frequency.
