Valentine's Day Eggs Benedict

Weird recipes are out there

Ok, so stalking around, I mean surfing the net, I found some very humorous content that I thought should be shared.

On this most romantic of days....

I bring you ... Cadbury Creme Eggs Benedict.....

Sliced doughnuts topped with brownie mix, melted Cadbury Creme Eggs and frosting, garnished with red sprinkles and served with fried pound cake chunks.

Nothing says loving like dessert made into breakfast foods

I must confess that in a moment of seriousness I thought the eggs looked real not like those yummy Cadbury creations. By the way, you will see this in one of my Easter hubs if I remember! But I will come up with something real to serve as a treat.

Mark my words! So I speak it so it shall be!!

Game of Thrones (what is that?!?)

I have no clue what Game of Thrones is, and that is saying something! I have two boys, an 18yr old high school senior and a 20yr old (working!!!), living at home as well as my 22yr old college graduate daughter (short stay on way to career). So, with all of these gamers and techies in my residence, how is it that I have never heard of GAME OF THRONES?? It appears to be irreverent, but that never stopped Grand Theft Auto, Skyrim or Red, Dead Revolver from showing up at my house.

OK, now that the rant is over, I Googled it and found out it is an HBO series (which I do not subscribe to) and a series of books, which I will now have to read since my interest is piqued.

BTW game releases in May of 2012.
