Gaming Gifts

Many teenage boys like my cousins, enjoy playing video games and these make great gifts. Its best to do a bit of investigative work before you buy and make sure you are buying games that they like and for the right games console.

A cool idea of gift for the teenage gamer is a gaming headset. With a good gaming headset, he can control the amount of bass that you want. It will allow him to hear sound cues that are missed with conventional TV speakers, such as the sound of enemy footsteps or the click of a loading weapon in the distance. He can also wear them for listening to music or TV shows without disturbing anybody else. Headsets feature a microphone which is great for online gaming.

An amazon kindle so they can download the books they want to read instantly. Books. Genres that the typical 16 year old boys like are science fiction, comedy or sport. If the 16 year old you know drives or is learning too there are some great gifts for teen drivers. Ideas include driver organizers to hang inside the car, keyrings for your car keys and road safety kits.

The book opposite is great for new drivers and to give parents peace of mind as well. I know parents of teenagers can worry about them having accidents when they start driving or getting lost.

As a slightly odder 16 year old boy, trying to think of ideas to give my mother, I thought I'd share. So far the things I have liked are: fantasy books, remote control helicopter (i get one every year, i usually end up breaking them but they are fun for a few months), plush zombie monkey (anything zombie really, they are quite popular recently but I've liked them for ages), and necklaces

Awesome ideas!! One that popped into my head while reading your lens that I think I'm going to get my 16 year old nephew is a shaving kit. If they haven't already started shaving yet they will be soon so they might as well have a nice set to start with :)
