Gather the basic ingredients:

Oil: olive, canola, vegetable

Sugar: granulated, brown, truvia (salt can be substituted)

NOTE:

*Do NOT use sand or any other granulated substance that will clog your drain.

*Do SCRUB your shower more often or place a non-slip mat in inside as the oil will make the surface slick.

This Is How It's Done!

Mix in a bowl:

1 cup sugar, brown sugar, truvia or salt

1/2 cup Oil: olive, canola or vegetable

@anonymous: Oh I loved The Body Shop when I lived in Stratford Upon Avon, UK! Cocoa Butter is an excellent addition that I had not considered! Thank you!

My fav body scrub includes cocoa butter, which I usually buy from the Body Shop, here in the UK, but this natural scrub recipe looks so easy, I think we will need to start creating some. With two teen daughters I am thinking we could save some money this way :)
