If you are thinking about making this little project, there are a few things you will need to make this work.
If you are wanting volunteers (AKA kids) to help, those usually aren't too hard to find.
Most of the stuff you will need should be found around your house, here's a list of what you will need:
You Will Need:
- Empty Toilet Paper or Paper Towel Roll
This is the staple for making this spooky craft.
- Scissors
So you can cut out your spooky eye shapes.
- Paper
To hide the light from the sides of the rolls so you only focus on the eyes.
- Tape
This holds the paper on to cover the light from showing.

If you are a bit more talented in the crafts department, and have the tools required to do it, you can use left over plastic pipes and all sorts of other products to build this Halloween craft. Use your imagination and let it run wild.

Make sure that before you have taped off the second end, you have already broken and placed your glow stick inside of the roll... or you may have a fun time trying to get it in there ;)
Tape off ends
Place your glowing eyes into the bushes
You can even hide these in your home and freak out your own family and friends, or even just to make a spooky scene for a get together
