Do you think it is useful to make New Year's resolution, why or why not?
The first step to making any change is identifying that the change is needed. So from that point of view a New Years resolution is good.
It can be useful, but it also can be very un-useful if you aren't careful. It depends on why the resolution has been made. If it is made because you want to fix a problem or genuinely improve yourself through work rather than with it, there will be success. However, if it is made in vain or with the goal in mind rather than the goal and work, there will not be success.
Basically, if you do the work for its own sake rather than just for the end, it will work much better.
