Halloween Solar Outdoor Décor for your home
Decorate your home for Halloween with solar powered outdoor decorations
This lens will focus on home outdoor decorations that are solar powered. So, not only can you decorate all you want, it won't run up your electric bill! Solar decorations receive their power from the sun, during the day, to light your home during the night.
As I take my nightly walks around our housing complex, I notice more and more people employing solar powered devices in their yards and among their flower gardens. Are you using any yet? They seem to work very well and are generally quite inexpensive, if you are careful in your purchasing, as with all other purchases.
I took the moon photo to get us in the mood for upcoming Halloween activities.

How much do you really know about Halloween?
Wikipedia is a great source for general knowledge about most any topic. Some information at this source is more reliable than others, of course. The more well-known and interesting the topic, of course, the better the information found there is likely to be. Lesser known topics require more care in evaluating whether or not the information provided is reliable.

You may think you know all about Halloween already... perhaps a review would be helpful, however... ;-)
Do you use Solar Outdoor Decorations?
There are more and more products available as each year goes by. These were very new when I first created this lens, but I see more and more products in the stores, and more of them in the yards and gardens around town as I am out walking. They are really becoming quite popular. Do you use them? That is the intent of this poll, to see if you do or not.

A traditional Jack-o'-Lantern to intoduce Halloween
Not all your decorations need to be solar powered - some may be traditional and even crafty. Enjoy them all. ;-)
The photo is a more traditional Jack-o'-Lantern made for the Honywell Manor celebrations in 2003: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halloween
I sill, personally, prefer the traditional Jack-o'-Lantern. It is what I recommend.
