Judaica Chanukah Hannukah Rainbow Candles Menorah - Coffee Gift Basket

Holiday Gift Giving
I have a friend I wanted to find a Hanukkah gift to give her for a holiday. Each year we exchange gifts, but this year, I thought it would be nice to give her something she could use every day. I used to have these coffee cups and enjoy drinking from them throughout the holidays. I know she is going just to love this gift box. She loves her coffee, and it comes with five packs of gourmet brews and a biscotti. I wanted her husband to have a cup, too, so I also got a couple of extra coffee cups to make. It makes a beautiful gift, and I know she will enjoy it.
When I made my order, I got the idea to make up some mini gifts, so with the extra cups I bought, I made up some of the 3, 2, and 1 cake in packets for other guests at our Hannukah party. They are easy to make. All you have to do is mix a box of angel food cake mix with a box of your favorite flavor of cake mix. I usually mix it in a large container so we can use it later. I used cellophane bags for my little gift cups and put three tablespoons of the mixture into each of the little cellophane bags. On the bag, I placed a tag I printed on my computer using a sticker template with instructions for baking the little cake.
The instructions are three tablespoons of the mix, two tablespoons of water, and 1 minute in the microwave. Mix it in the coffee cup, and you will have a mini cake treat in a minute. Tie the tag using a pretty ribbon onto the bag with a pretty decorative bow, and you have a nice little gift ready for giving.
Finding the perfect gift is easy if you know where to start.
Holiday Gift Guide
Whether shopping for family members or friends, shopping for the perfect gift is challenging. Before you go shopping for presents you need to start with a budget. It is a good idea to jump on your holiday buying list by starting early before all of the best gifts are gone.
I like to make a list of the people that I intend to include in my gift-giving checklist. I find it easier to accomplish the task of completing my shopping. If your list is long, you need to get an early start before the crowds begin to form. Here is a list of potential ideas for you to start your shopping.

Handmade Gifts
Gifting an unusual, one-of-its-kind handcrafted gift is a smart way to put a smile on your loved one’s face on any occasion. A dazzling array of top-notch handmade gifts drafted by prominent artisans or one made by you.
If you are a crafter or an artisan, you may already have a stock of handmade items you can use as gifts. If not, shop flea markets and local craft shows for wonderful choices for your holiday gift giving.
Baked goods are always a welcomed choice. Most people enjoy home-baked desserts and cookies. Dig through your old recipes and find some of your favorites. You can always start with cookies. I like to start right after Thanksgiving. I use a resealable container to store my cookies to keep them fresh for gift giving. I like to search for decorative containers from the dollar store to repackage them for my friends.
I find that these containers are decorative and have no need to be wrapped for giving. You can use both traditional holiday containers or you may want to create a basket with a decorative bow. Either way, your cookies will be a welcomed gift to give.
