DIY Trick or Treat Bags Will Complete This Picture

Whether homemade or purchased, Halloween costumes aren't complete without trick or treat bags. Looking back at this picture of my kids from a Halloween long ago, I'm almost positive they carried those orange plastic pumpkins to hold their candy.

Today, with the accessibility of the internet, you can find so many creative ideas and tutorials to enable you to make your own DIY Trick or Treat Bags. I've chosen a few of my favorites to share with you. And even though my kids didn't have any of these cute DIY Trick or Treat bags to carry on Halloween, perhaps my future grandchildren? :)

LilSugar demonstrates a step by step to make this paint can treat bucket for Halloween candy. They used striped paper, but you could just as easily mask off the paint can and spray on stripes if you choose. Either way, this DIY trick or treat bag alternative is a winner!
