" A modern day Trend" Follow the fools to their folly (Indebt poetry)
They dress in costly array making
heads sway as they go from day to day.
Money and fame is all in their game.
The knowledge of God they cannot
retain. Fools follow their trends
and their monies they do spend.
Crazy styles that so not nice
and yet people pay a heavy price
to look like they are in style.
Only fools follow their follies,
they smoke dope and get so
caught up on coke with evil
thoughts they do choke. Some
even jump high from ropes. Beware
you to may end up on dope.
Money can’t by them love
they think they can find it in a song
oh no that’s so wrong. They think they
can buy it, hmmm they might as well
try it. They kill they steal, everything
thats not real yet they proceed with zeal
, so artificial !!! Faked
faces all around, make up and full
of compound. Whose face is real?
I don't know they are hid under a seal.
Sin is up to their brim its circling all
around their rim. Silly hair cuts they
do need a trim. Scrappy and Nappy
some look pretty tacky.
Millions have been persuaded that
that’s the way . They don’t even look
up and say maybe am going the wrong
way. Its all satan’s say. They seem
Happy and jolly about the things they
achieve yet deep inside is sorrows and woes
.Some regret but its to late to even fret.
They’ve sold their soul for gold
they are wrapped up in satan’s fold.
So many stories are yet untold.
Many men and women have be caught
that way there’s a price for everything
stuck for life they think is better they stay
that way. Their love for fame they never tamed.
Fools follow them maybe to the Gaza or the Golly.
