"The Subtle Traits Of An Every Day User"

We're suppose to help each other, but not be misused and abuse by each other. Beware of the every day user, waitng to hit you up.
We're suppose to help each other, but not be misused and abuse by each other. Beware of the every day user, waitng to hit you up.

"The Subtle Traits Of An Every Day User"

I'm a person, sure all of us have crossed paths with an every day user, sometimes in our life, someone who is using another person because of their kindness and good heart. This world is full of user, trying to use and get over on someone, that maybe trying to help them. God does want us to help each other, but he doesn't want any of us to be misused or taken advantage of , because of our kindness. we have to learn the traits of an out right user, someone that's trying to get over on you, simply because they can. We meet users everywhere; in the streets in our homes and basically everywhere we go. There are subtle traits that we have to aware of. If you have extended a helping hand to a user, and tried to help them that will help themselves; with information that will help them become self reliant, and if they refuse to use this information; then maybe it's time you let them flounder on their own. when a user get into a comfort zone and doesn't want to bulge, we have to bring back to reality by telling them; that their free loading days are over. I realize that we can only help those that are willing to help themselves, every day users always try to get whatever they can; without putting forth any effort on their own.

If you have bought someone sob story about not having a place to stay, you bought into it hook, line and sinker and this is suppose to be for a short period of time; when you finally come to the realization that this person has been free loading for almost a year, now, because of all kinds of excuses to stay in your home. You realize that this person is comfortable in your humble abode and doesn't seem to have any intentions of moving out no times soon . Why should this user move out? they have it to good, living in your home of convenience with you paying all the bills and them giving free food. If you're dealing with a user that is always in your pockets, trying to get your hard earned money. If you hadn't noticed that all the money you give them is never enough, they always manage to come back for more. We must understand, that to constantly give them money; is only enabling them and causes them to never go out and find any of type opportunity to make their own money, instead of asking you for your hard earned money. You can help them find means to support them financially, so they can learn to support their own habits.

You must be aware that the users are always in need of one thing or another, and  if you're smart, you will find information, or oganizations , that will help people in need. This way you can protect yourself from being misused by the user and make it possible for them to help themselves; and if they don't want to use this information, you tell them, that they have to find someone else to free load off of, because you're tired of being used up.

So many of the "users" can come in the guise of "family", gets to the point where you feel like a breathing ATM. I find that with Gods direction you can avoid these users. So many scams in our e-mails, and on tv. Great hub...hope all is well, peace my friend.

It seems to be more prevalent in today's society - almost accepted by some - lets hope we change as a society before it is too late..

This is sad but true of a lot of people. I don't know if it is laziness, the idea that they feel they are owed something, or how they may have been raised, but an every day user will hustle anyone they can out their hard earned resources.

Benny...So true...There are many in life that will take advantage of kind and gentle hearts...and not just people, but organizations that prey upon the vulnerable...The tyranny of the weak is another assault on people of conscience...It is the most difficult of all tyrannies to stand up against...Thank you for the sharing...Larry
