You've got Dragon Feet

I laid in my room and then I

Heard the door knocking rapidly

TAP, TAP ,TAP, making a thunderous

sound, like a dragon. I wondered who could

it be that is knocking, the door so LOUD and endlessly?

I was taken aback and I did not

move, nor answer the door as I

was sure this wasn’t a normal

knock. I pulled my coverlet over

my head to drown out the sound.

I shook like a leaf wondering who this monster could be.

Then! I heard footsteps on the kitchen

floor my heart sunk , because It sounded

just like dragon feet, it came in and I made

sure I kept quiet as can be least

the dragon feet hears me and come

after me.

The foot steps began to dwindle away as though

he/she had moved towards the living room.

Then suddenly I heard heavy dragon feet mounting the stairs.

BRAM! BRAM! BRAM!

The whole house shook like an earth quake.

While I quivered and shivered

downstairs. Afraid that those dragon feet

may come right through the flooring and

land on me.

How scary that would be I listened for more sounds but dragon feet seemed to have

settled somewhere upstairs. I got brave enough and shouted is someone there? Yes a voice replied, who is It I yelled? It’s your uncle my dear.

I was relieved! I let out a SIGH!

and shouted you’ve got dragon

feet…… WHAT!! I said you’ve

got dragon feet you know….
