2 Tips For Writers
Attention Writers
Writing isn't a difficult task but it's not an easy one either. It can take a toil on you and have you second-guessing yourself. However, I believe that's normal in every day life. No matter your occupation or hobby, you might start second-guessing yourself.
The tips I'm giving you are what I've learned from my aunt and my own experience. I wanted to share these tips because it could be beneficial to someone.
Here are the tips:
1. Be Passionate
Many people say, "writing is my passion," and although it may be, a writer my go through difficult times. There are times when we're running low on the passionate fuel and we need a recharge and quickly.
If you're writing and you find yourself not passionate about your topic... STOP! Put you pen down and leave from the area for a few minutes.Do not attempt to force yourself to keep writing. If you're forcing yourself to write about a topic you're not passionate about, it will show in your writing.
This goes back to when I said, "be sure to take a breather."
Allow your passionate juice to start flowing and then find another topic you enjoy!
Try, Try Again
There may be times when you don't like what you've written. I can't begin to tell you about the many times I thought something I've written was garbage. I think that's just your mind telling you that your writing can and will be better.
Whenever you get this way, please don't feel discourage and try to give up. I advice you to try again but this time with a smile on your face. If you're smiling and you're feeling confident, it can show positive results in whatever piece you've written.
Try again when you believed you've failed because it can be so beneficial in the end. It allows you to see the potential in yourself and your writing.
TIP: You should give it some time before trying again and pat yourself on the back after you have!
Final Thoughts
Hey darlings! How do we feel about this?
One of the main reason I've decided to share these tips is because I barely had anyone to help me. When I first began writing, my aunt was supportive and a few of my other family members and friends, but it wasn't the same.
I just want to be there for you guys as we all go through our writing experience.
Some of you may be experienced and professional but it's always good to accept help! I hope this is beneficial to any of you. Thanks so much for reading this!
See you later darlings!
