a bilingual approach to love

has always served me best;

the language of bees

providing a basis

for interaction.



each flower dances just so,

its colors absorbing

the morning sun's glow,

its dewdrops

a bath--a face wash

filled with pollen

left over from the day before.



drunken bees

cannot resist.

just one more drink,

face planted

feet dancing

on papered petals,

a maneuver

without parallel

for its beauty

and its simplicity of need.
